GENERAL

You are supposed to accept the terms after purchasing from Silva Padel´s webshop on www.silvapadel.com (subsequently referred to as the ”webshop”). It is understood that you acknowledge to abide by the terms and conditions completely. This also means that you have gone through the terms and conditions regarding personal data and accept the utilization of personal details and cookies according to Silva Padel's privacy policy. 

The terms and conditions are subjected to regular modifications and we recommend you to learn them before placing an order in our webshop.

If consumer orders with  www.silvapadel.com and its subpages, then the general terms (“Terms”) apply and you are a part of an agreement with Silva Padel org:559221-4380.

Consumers must be eighteen years or above to place an order in the webshop. People aged under 18 are NOT approved to purchase in the webshop as per the Swedish law. If a consumer provides wrong personal details or has payment remarks, Slvrbck has the right to deny or make changes in your order.

If there are image inaccuracies or typographical errors on the website, Slvrbck does not assume responsibility for any errors. This goes for errors in the product
description or technical specification, inaccurate price or modification of prices or erroneous information of stock availability. Silva Padel continuously modifies and updates the data available on the website to provide error-free information for the consumers. We assure you to intimate about any price inaccuracies on the items you ordered and will always wait for the approval of price change prior to the order confirmation. The information available in the website is from third party vendors and Silva Padel is not solely responsible.

The image information available in the webshop is completely regarded as
illustrations. We’ll not guarantee to provide the product’s accurate appearance,
features or origin. The colour appearing on the images cannot be guaranteed on the product colours. The colours might vary slightly as the images you see on the webshop reflect in numerous ways based on the mobile, graphic card and computer settings.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A 30-day right-of-return is offered for our consumers. The date is calculated from the date you order the goods. Consumers should return the product unused and in its original shape. Send back the item properly packed in the box and the product has to meet the requirements to get a refund. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
You need to connect with us if in case you receive a damaged product. A formal
complaint is expected to obtain a replacement delivery or a refund. This applies to the items that were damaged during transportation before delivery. 

We will provide the address to which you can send the defective product. Any loss or damage incurred during return, the risk is on the customer. If the defective item followed an order including other purchased products, the price of the primary delivery will not be compensated. It is the consumer's sole responsibility to examine the received products as soon as the item is delivered and intimate us immediately if there is a defect in the product. The refund will be released as the earliest possible, mostly within fifteen days from the date you returned the item and it was received by Silva Padel, and once we have established that the product is damaged or otherwise defective. It is important to save your receipt and we will return the amount to your original method of payment. If you
paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts offered for every product are limited in time. You can’t combine numerous offers and codes. The discounts and campaigns are only valid on regular rates. A consumer can utilize a discount code or voucher only once to make a valid purchase. If Silva Padel finds any customer misusing offers like coupons and promotion codes, the webshop reserves the right to cancel the order. If an order is eligible for a discount, it will be considered as a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part of or the total order is returned for exchange or refund the value of the sent back product is recalculated and the purchase price minus the relative share of the overall discount will only be credited. Only new orders can avail promotions and discount codes and they cannot be applied retrospectively.

PRICE & PAYMENT
The prices specified at the webshop are subjected to modifications. Silva Padel is not bound by price indications in the webshop which the consumer must sensibly or clearly understand are incorrect and which, for example, have happened due to technical issues in the web platform or costs that have
been manipulated by the customer. The prices mentioned at the webshop are inclusive of local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated. If a consumer outside EU places an order, extra VAT, custom charges and many levies will
be incurred by the regional Customs Authority on product import. You can pay using credit card or as directed at the webshop and payment is subject to validation and/or authorization by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or permission. Your personal data will be processed according to the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies like VISA, MasterCard and Diners. We have an Authorized Payment Service Provider (PSP) to perform this data processing tasks. Every data and transaction will be passed via Secure Sockets Layer in encrypted form. Your card details and payment information is safe and it is processed only with a high level of security.

DELIVERY
If you order a product in stock, then it will be shipped within 1-2 business days from Order Confirmation and you can expect delivery in 2-5 business days within Sweden and 2-15 business days on International orders. Delivery time provided here is approximate especially during high season (Christmas, Black Fridays and other campaigns). Shipping charges will be included in the order
summary before you submit the order. We ship to numerous countries but transportation outside the European Union is limited. If you have queries about shipping, contact us to know whether the region you stay comes under our freight boundary. Please remember that custom duty may be charged for
any orders from outside the European Union. In case you fail to receive your items upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.
