Delivery & Returns
The address mentioned during check out will be considered as the delivery address and it is very important to provide the right address. If your address is wrong or have any delivery issues, just drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We always aim to deliver your brand new sportswear as quickly as possible. If you are in Sweden, the products will be delivered within four business days from the time of order confirmation. The products in stocks ship within 1-2 days. International orders deliver in 2-15 business days. The delivery time mentioned here is approximate and this might change during festive seasons and sales campaigns (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday and other campaigns).
Free shipping with order over 500sek order under 500sek will ha 59sek shipping fee(Only for residents of Sweden). International orders over 1.000 SEK qualify for free shipping. The shipping cost within Sweden is 59 SEK and the international shipping cost is 90 SEK.
You can return the product within thirty days from the time of delivery. After that, the items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We inspect the returned product to ensure that the product was not used and it is in the same condition when you received it.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
A returned product will be thoroughly checked and an email will be sent to intimate about it. Additionally, refund approval and rejection will also be notified. We will issue the refund to your credit card account or original payment within fifteen days, once your refund is approved.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
First off, check your bank account if you haven’t received a refund. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time. Connect with your bank authorities as the refund process time varies accordingly.

Sales products will not be refunded as only regular priced items come under refund. However, the exchange option is available for sales products. If the selected product costs more, then you need to pay the difference in price.
